Zini Pickleball Club – Waiver & Release of Liability

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that playing pickleball involves physical activity and the potential risk of injury. By using the courts and facilities of Zini Pickleball Club, I agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk – I understand that participation in pickleball carries risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, and injuries. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with playing.
2. Release of Liability – I release Zini Pickleball Club, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from my use of the courts and facilities.
3. Responsibility for Damages – I agree to be responsible for any damage caused to the courts, equipment, or facilities due to my actions.
4. Health & Fitness – I confirm that I am physically able to participate in pickleball and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe play.
5. Parental Consent (if applicable) – If signing for a minor, I confirm that I am the parent/guardian and accept full responsibility for their participation.
