Members must pay applicable fees on time to maintain active status.
The Club reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership due to misconduct or rule violations.
Members and participants must act respectfully towards others.
Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
Members must adhere to safety guidelines and use equipment responsibly.
Participation in pickleball activities is at your own risk. The Club is not responsible for any injuries, loss, or damage incurred.
Members are encouraged to have personal insurance for sports-related activities.
The Club is not liable for third-party services or facilities used during events.
Membership fees, event fees, and other payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Failure to make payments may result in membership suspension.
Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By joining the Club, you consent to receiving communications related to club activities.
The Club reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via official channels.
